    Dinner and Concert - Trichy's Trio

    We attended the Raag-Rung Music Circle's dinner and concert "Trichy's Trio" at the Italian Cultural Centre on Sep 24th.  The concert was south indian classical music called Karnatica.  It was very mesmerizing. 
     
    We received many compliments from the east Indian ladies in the crowd on our outfits (the style is called salwar kameez).  I'm so glad Marcie dragged me down to buy one, otherwise, I wouldn't have worn one.
     
    After the concert, native dancers from Saskatchewan gave performances on different types of dance.  I did the best I could to get their pics but I was too far away, so here's a couple. 
     
    I went with Connie, Peggy, Marcie, Rosie, Gloria and Rob.
     
    We all had a great time!
